CYCLONE “LEECH KING” SLAYER BUILD for Path of Exile
Cyclone is one of the oldest skills in PoE that is still quite favoured by a lot of players. After a series of nerfs and buffs it is still quite strong through entire game. During Incursion league i did a thorough inspection on current state of Cyclone and came up with a setup, that i believe, is OPTIMAL for end-game with a very very affordable gear.
