Decay & Perfect Agony = NERFED, Essence Drain = BUFFED? Release delayed! (Path of Exile 3.0 BETA)

Hello everyone!
More poe news coming! It’s a pity but my Saboteur DoT build might be dead on arrival since Decay support will be 50% nerfed. Strangely, Essense Drain gets a buff though. What about FUCKING MINES AND TRAPS??? As if there’s only an Occultist Witch allowed to play DoTs or what?? huh..
