New developer manifesto released today, with the upcoming massive nerfs coming to PoE 3.1.0. Most importantly : Vaal Pact & Slayer leech as well as some gear like Doomfletch and Atziri’s Acuity, Queen of the Forest and Rise of the Phoenix ๐ . Dark Pact got a hit too, but only the selfcast version of it, yeah Berserker was waaay too op
