The set, Staff of Chroptera and Bakuli belt were buffed in 2.6.1, now ,more damage! Soul Harvest is also more reliable since a single harvest refreshes all stacks.
Helltooth offers almost the same amount of damage as Arachyr now, but more tankyness.
GR110 cleared as solo (with high paragons) on PTR. GR100 is no big deal even with mediocre gear now.
