Hello Guys!
As far as i found out, this build was invented by chinese players long time ago, but it hasn’t become popular for some unknown reason. Everyone was still obsessed with LON bombs.
Akkhan was buffed on PTR and build became a little stronger as well!
100+ is no exaggeration, in fact it is already very strong, and with silly gear, high augments and paragon there is player who cleared 103 with it:

UPDATE 09/09/2016: GR99 was cleared in EU (rank6)!
